This was the first time we have been to Harrah's Cherokee since the corona virus and knew things would be different but we were disappointed with the lack of communication and service. My wife and I arrived expecting to have a king bedroom and were given a double queen, no big deal but when we realized this, I went back down to the front desk and learned the same thing happened to our friends.
